The service
This website is operated by LAKOU for event information, ticket sales, city voting, and community content. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Tickets
Each ticket is delivered as a unique QR code by email after payment verification. A ticket admits one person, once — the first scan at the entrance validates it and it cannot be reused. Tickets are transferable: the QR code admits whoever presents it. LAKOU reserves the right to refuse entry for safety, capacity, or security reasons.
Payments & pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars; mobile-money amounts are shown in Haitian Gourdes at the displayed exchange rate. Card payments are processed by Stripe; MonCash and NatCash transfers are confirmed manually by our team before tickets are issued. A ticket order is only complete once payment is verified.
Event changes
Lineup, schedule, and venue entrance details may change. Material changes will be announced through LAKOU's official channels and by email to ticket holders. The named event date and city are guaranteed as stated on the Tickets page.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent payments, no reselling tickets above face value, no attempts to forge or duplicate QR tickets, no abuse of the voting system. Violations may result in cancelled tickets and blocked access.
Intellectual property
All LAKOU branding, photography, and content on this site belong to LAKOU. Don't reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LAKOU is not liable for indirect damages. Attendance at events is at your own risk; please follow staff instructions on site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its update date.
